The business is co-owned by Chris Runde and Lacey Sutberry, with more than 10 years of hands-on professional cleaning experience, paired with years of experience building and running a successful local service business.

Chris is a St. Augustine entrepreneur who previously founded and operated First Coast Shredding, a local service business he built over approximately 10 years before selling the company in 2026.
At Clean St. Augustine, Chris handles the business side: customer communication, scheduling, technology, marketing, operations, and local property assistance for established clients.
